Our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy govern your use of Goods2door.com. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. Please note that your use of the Goods2door.com site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. Goods2door.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy and/or our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice to you. Services Overview:

The Goods2door.com Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users (“customers”) who access Goods2door.com. Goods2door.com currently provides an online grocery shopping and delivery service. Goods2door.com will shop and deliver the orders placed with us at Goods2door.com. Delivery will be made to the delivery address as specified by you while you confirm your order.  If Goods2door.com cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because you gave incorrect information to receive the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, and a delivery have to be made again (a second time) there will be an additional fee of $50.00 that have

to be paid in cash to the delivery driver.

 

1) Pricing Policy: All the products listed on our website will be sold at US Dollar USD unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged at the time of processing your order. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

 

2) Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or change any of your current order information 24 hours before dispatch. You have to call our Customer Services department at (649) 246-4440 to make any changes or cancellation to the order.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.

 

3) Returns & Refunds: We hope you have a good experience buying products with us. However, if you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Refer to our FAQ Section.

We do not entertain the return of goods after the shipment is delivered and the delivery vehicle has left from your place.

 

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages.

The legal drinking age in the Turks and Caicos Islands is eighteen (18) years of age…. It is prohibited by law in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) to sell alcohol beverages to anyone under the age of 18. By using this site you swear and affirm and represent to us that you are over the legal age required to buy alcoholic beverages and products in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) and we will rely upon this representation because if we are held liable for any reason if that is not true, you agree to indemnify us and/or reimburse us and be responsible for all costs, expenses (including legal fees) and damages we suffer or incur. We make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from us is over the age of 18. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from us is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you cannot make these affirmations and representations or you do not agree with all of these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to obtain or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years old, we will report this to the appropriate authorities which will result in prosecution in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI).  Important Notice: ID with proof of age is required upon delivery.

 

Validating Your Order.

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity and compliance with local laws and regulations, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. 

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Goods2door.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Account Registration:

All shoppers are required to register and login for placing orders on the website if you would like to save your information. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. As part of the registration process on the Site, Goods2door.com may collect the following personal identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.)

Security:

When you register with Goods2door.com, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and password. You agree to: (a) Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password of which you become aware, and (b) Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

Modifications of Terms & Conditions:

Goods2door.com may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at any given time on the Site. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on the Site. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this Site.

Reviews, Feedback & Other Contents:

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”. Goods2door.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content. 

 

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Goods2door.com and their respective, licencors, directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any losses, costs, expenses or damages of any nature whatsoever (including Lawyer fees and court costs) arising from any claim, cause of action, suit or demand of any third party due to, arising out of or related to;

(I) your access to the Goods2door.com Site,

(ii) Your use of the Goods2door.com Site,

(iii) Your violation of these Terms and Conditions,

(iv) Any use of your User ID or password by you or any third party, or

(v) the infringement or other violation by you, or any third party using your account or User ID or password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Termination:

Goods2door.com may suspend or terminate your access to the Goods2door.com services at any time for any reason with or without notice to you. You may terminate your Goods2door.com Service at any time for any reason by delivering notice in a manner provided in this Agreement which termination will be effective the day notice is received or such later date specified in the notice.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Goods2door.com or their respective affiliates, or the shareholders, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, agents or representatives of any of the foregoing, be liable to you or any third party for damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, goodwill or revenue, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of the use of, access to, reliance on, unavailability of, inability to use or improper use of the Goods2door.com site, including but not limited to any user content, advice, services, products, and other information and materials contained in or described on the Goods2door.com site, or the disclosure or misuse of any user’s personal information, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. In any event, Goods2door.com respective total maximum liability in respect of the Goods2door.com site or any part thereof, including but not limited to the user content, reviews, advice, services, products, and other information and materials contained in or described on the Goods2door.com site, in any manner whatsoever, shall be limited the value of the product ordered by you.

Refund Policy

In Case of Defective Item:

In the event an item is defective i.e. broken, leaking, expired or any other issues, you can let our driver know at the time of the delivery if your present or you can contact our customer support team at (649) 246-4440. We have a “no questions asked return policy”. If you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery and you can contact our customer support team. We request for you to check the products at the time of delivery.

Refund in case of Cancellation/Return:

The amount will be refunded back to your credit/debit card; it will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your statement. In case of any queries please contact our customer support team. We will not be issuing any refunds in cash. Refunds will be issued on the amount collected less the refund transaction fee's and the price of items at the time of purchase.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email and orders must be cancelled within 24 hours before your arrival.

To cancel entire order:

You can contact our customer support team to cancel an order. You can do so up to 24 hours before your order is delivered to receive 100% refund. Less than 24 hours you will receive a 50% refund. Once the order is delivered you will not be able to cancel your order. You Can Request cancellation by phone at (649) 246-4440.

There will be a $35.00 fee for processing cancellations. This will be deducted from your account balance.

Cancellations Due To Bad Weather:

In the event of an impending storm such as a hurricane and other meteorological occurrences that threatens the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI), you can reschedule your delivery date or cancel your order by calling our customer support team at (649) 246-4440

 which would be refunded to your credit/debit card less the transaction fee's.

To cancel or change items in your Order:

Any item(s) can be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours before the order is shipped. After delivery is completed item/s cannot be returned or changed. You can call our customer support at (649) 246-4440.
