Below are questions commonly asked by our customers. 

  • What are your rates for delivery?

The delivery fee starts at $35.00 for the first $195.00 spent. For every $100.00 spent there after will be a charge of $29.00 added. 

  • How do you know if i am a Yacht ordering?

You will have to enter delivery information (example:- Name of Boat/Berth Number). *Please be advised that orders to Blue Haven Marina attract a 5% surcharge that will be charged directly to the vessel's account*.

  • If your having issues paying with PayPal, follow these instructions:-

Click on :    CHANGE ADDRESS.

Change country to:     THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS

Put your name in.

Put the name and address of where you are staying.

CITY:    Providenciales.

State:   TC.

Postal Code:Either put TKCA 1ZZ (and if this cause an error) then leave it Blank, then click submit. If that don't work then log out and log back in.

Kindly contact us before placing wholesale (Meaning Case) order(s). It's considered SPECIALTY ITEMS and it might not be in stock at the time of you placing your order.

  • What if I need to cancel my baby equipment rental?

Please call us at (649) 442-6551 or at (649) 246-4440 for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made
24 hours prior to delivery in order to be refunded.

  • What if I need a baby crib moved to another room?

 "First don't try to move it yourself because if you damage it you will have to pay for the damages".

There will be a $35.00 charge for one of our drivers to come out to your location.

  • Can I return unused items or items I don't use?

No you can't. Once your order is delivered nothing can be returned, especially opened items. 

  • What happens if my flight is canceled? 

You will have to contact us at (649) 246-4440 or at (649) 442-6551 within 24 hours to inform us and then you will receive your 100% money back minus the fees to cover the refund through PayPal. Less than 24 hours notice you will receive 50% refund of your order. 

  • Can my order be placed in my room prior to my arrival?

Yes, Orders can be placed in your room before you arrive but it's not guaranteed that you will meet your order in your room or villa when you arrive. Your order will be delivered within the same day you arrive. Just provide us with your name, a delivery address, the hotel or villa information (villa host/manager name and their local number), your arrival date and time. 

  • What happens if I receive an item/s incorrect, expired, missing or damaged?

If you receive an item/s that is incorrect, expired, missing or damaged, immediately notify us by calling or text or WhatsApp our numbers at (649) 246-4440 or at (649) 442-6551 within 24 hours and we will have the incorrect item/s replaced once it's not open

and for the expired item/s we will exchange it for you or refund you once we collect the expired item/s,

and for the missing item/s we will have it delivered to you or refunded

and for the damaged item/s we will replace it or refund you once we collect the damage item/s.

If we can't collect the expired or damaged item/s from you in your presence then we can't exchange or give you a refund.

  • What if I want to change or edit my delivery address?

To change your delivery address notify us by phone, text or WhatsApp at (649) 246-4440 or at  (649) 442-6551 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time. If you notify us less than the 24 hours there will be an extra charge of $50.00 that must be paid before the delivery to the new address.

  • When will my order be delivered? 

Orders are delivered based on customers instructions. By providing an address of your Hotel, Villa or Yacht name and the address, your name, date of arrival and time. If you are staying at a villa please provide us with the villa host/manager name & local number.

This can be added when you click on the "Add a Note " button on the "checkout page".

  • What all islands do you deliver to in the Turks & Caicos Islands?

We provide delivery service to Providenciales. We can provide our shopping service to you if your staying on the islands of South Caicos, North & Middle Caicos, Pine Cay and Parrot Cay and save you time by shopping for all your groceries and alcohol before you arrive. We will meet you at the ferry dock or Parrot Cay dock in Providenciales to give you your order and you will take it over with you.

  • Please make sure your order name is the same name as your room reservation name. Failure to do this will result in a extra delivery charge of $35.00 if we have to do the same delivery a second time. This have to be paid in cash to the driver. Make sure the number you put on your order is your "MOBILE NUMBER THAT WORKS" so we can reach you.

  • How do I rent a baby equipment?

You have to call, text or WhatsApp us at (649) 442-6551 or at (649)246-4440

to speak to our rep. 

  • When is the latest I can place an order?

48 hours minimum, but the earlier you place your order the better it is for us to source all your items or alternatives. 

For Your Information (FYI) Alcoholic beverages are not sold on Sundays and Holidays.

The farther in advance that your order is placed will make it easier to ensure that your item/s are found in time for delivery.

  • If I am on island already can I place an order? 

Yes, you can place an order while you are already on island. There will be an extra $35.00 sent to you to pay through PayPal PLEASE NOTE:  your order will be delivered the next day.

  • The items on your website, are they always in stock?

NO! Everything is imported here and the availability and variety of items are limited because everything is shipped in. We try our best to keep our listings updated as possible with the local stores, but we cannot guarantee that the items you order will be in stock at the time of delivery. If an item is out of stock, We will do our best to provide you with what you ordered. "PLEASE NOTE THAT BRANDS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE, BUT WE WILL CHOOSE SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR TO THE BRAND YOU ORDERED".  ((( The Word SHIPPING on the checkout page represents The Word DELIVERY)))
